• Payments for hosting are processed via Stripe.
• Fees are billed according to your selected tier. All fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

• InstantClaw is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific performance.
• Metaverse Lab Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
